The Indian Institute of Business Management (IIBM), Patna, organized a “Meet the Leader” programme featuring Chandan Sinha, Chairman of RBL Bank and former Executive Director of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Addressing students of MBA, BBA and BCA, Chandan Sinha said that the present era belongs to specialists. He emphasized that having only a degree is no longer sufficient for building a successful career. Additional certifications and knowledge of emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), can significantly increase employment and career opportunities.

He advised students to keep learning continuously, develop specialized skills, and stay updated with rapidly evolving technologies to remain competitive in the job market.

The programme was conducted by Prof. Dilawiz Hoda, Board Member of IIBM. Arindam Guha, Prof. Ganesh Pandey, Prof. Rachna Chauhan, Prof. Mahesh Chandra Prasad, Gunal Ranjan, and other faculty members, staff and students were present on the occasion.

The event highlighted the growing importance of AI, professional certifications and specialized knowledge in improving students’ employability and preparing them for future career opportunities.
