The IIBM Group of Institutions organised the Guru Shiksha Samman Ceremony 2026–27 in Patna to honour senior teachers and educationists for their contribution to the field of education.

The programme was led by Group Director Prof. Rohit Singh. Dr. Sameer Kumar Singh, Gauri Shankar Pandey, and advisor Dr. A. K. Nayak were among those present at the event. Dr. Nayak shared experiences associated with the institution’s founder, Late Dr. Uttam Kumar Singh.

During the ceremony, distinguished teachers and educationists were presented with the Guru Shiksha Samman 2026–27in recognition of their valuable contribution to education.

The Urdu newspaper report also states that the programme brought together educationists with decades of experience. Speakers highlighted the important role of teachers in building students’ character, providing guidance, and contributing to society. The event concluded with recognition and felicitation of participating educators.
