The IIBM Group of Institutions organised a special screening of the Hindi short film ‘Namaste Sir’ at its auditorium as part of the Jagran Film Festival.
The film follows adolescents and highlights how students respond to situations involving discipline, emotions, and peer relationships. It presents a simple yet meaningful message about understanding young minds.
Following the screening, students had the opportunity to engage with the film’s themes and reflect on everyday situations involving teachers and classmates. The discussion highlighted the value of giving students space to express themselves and learn from their mistakes.
The film also underlined the role of teachers in guiding students with patience and sensitivity. The session served as a thoughtful platform for students to look at discipline and relationships from a different perspective.
